2. No face-to-face communication – The company does not have offices, so if the customer is not satisfied with the service, they do not have a place to come and express their claims.
3. High price – The price of $129 for automatic generating of papers without extra proofreading is high. Proofreading and revisions are done upon request if a mistake was made.
